Have you ever had a moment while you were eating something that you made and thought to yourself, "That was wayyyyyy too easy, how does this taste so good?"  No?  Just me? Well, these no-bake raw energy bites were way easy, and taste delicious!  PLUS, they just happen to be super good for you!

Raw Energy Bites, yields about 24 1" size bites

1 1/2 c. quick cook oats (mine are gluten-free) 1 1/2 c. pitted dates 1/3 c. unsweetened shredded coconut 1/3 c. flaxseed 1/3 c. almonds (mine happen to be sliced, but it doesn't matter) 1/3 c. raw sunflower seeds 2 tbsp. raw agave

Place all items in a food processor and pulse until everything starts getting sticky and forming into a giant ball.  Place mixture into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes (this makes it easier to form).  Once chilled, roll into 1" size bites.  Voilà!  All done, and ready to eat!  How easy was that?!

These babies are packed full of protein, fiber, omegas and so much more!  The best part is that you can be flexible with the ingredients.  You could easily use chia seeds, chocolate chips, any type of nut or nut butter, dried fruit, etc.

They will last up to 10 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.  That is if you can keep them around for that long...Ha!
