Good morning!  Just a heads up, today is going to be simple and photo-less.  :) Many moons ago when I decided to start this blog, I wrote down a long list of what I wanted this space to be about.  First and foremost, I wanted it to be about ME.  That may seem a bit narcissistic, but what I mean is that I want it to be authentic to who I am.  Sure, I get inspiration from other areas of my life!  We're all aware that I am certainly not the first blogger to post recipes and various tips on living a balanced life.  Ha!  With that being said, I will continue to keep it simple, do-able and accurate to my life that moment.

I also want to give SOOOO much gratitude to all of my readers!  Thank you, thank you, thank you!  It has been less than a month since The Happy Healthy Balance went "live," and I am so amazed with the response that I have received.  Through WordPress (my blog host), you are able to track stats, to which I was amazed to find that people all over the world are reading.  How cool is that?!  Side note: before I went "live," I thought the only people that would read this would be my family (after asking them to).  Ha!

So, I have a few questions for all of you:

  • What other types of content would you be interested in reading about?  For example, in the future you will still see: recipes, beauty DIY's, spiritual topics (mindfulness, gratitude, love, etc.), plus much more.
  • The kitchen is definitely my friend, and cooking is a passion of mine.  What types of food do you like?  What types of tutorials would you like to see?  Please keep in mind that I am a pescatarian.  :)
