50 HEALTHY HABITS

Happy Friday!  Any fun plans for this weekend?  If the weather is good, we're supposed to go sailing with a friend.  Really excited about that, as I haven't been years!  I'll let you know how it goes on Monday. Today I'm going to keep it short and simple!  In the past I wasn't really a fan of the word habit, as I used to associate it with a negative connotation.  IE: _______ has a bad habit of biting her nails, or smoking is such a bad habit.  You get the point.  However, in recent years I've learned that habits can be a really good thing!  Such as being in the habit of eating foods that fuel your body, or keeping up with a creative habit that feeds your soul.

I found this list on Pinterist, and was immediately drawn to it, so thought I would share with all of you.  It's aimed towards women, but I feel that the majority of the list is for both sexes.  So guys, this is for you too!

50I was definitely drawn to some more than others (stop beating yourself up, listen to your body and for every 20 minutes on the computer, look away for 20 seconds).  What are some of your healthy habits?  I'd love to hear!  Have a wonderful weekend, and I'll see you Monday!
