Good morning! How is everyone doing today? It's so gorgeous here in Ventura today, and I can't wait to get outside later! Do you find that when the weather is sunny, but not neccisarily warmer, that you go outside more? I know I do! I'm a big fan of the sun! :)
On to food! Last week we had family stay with us, and my cousin was telling me about how she likes to make miso soup and add potstickers to it. I thought the idea was brilliant, so I thought I would give it a try, and add my own little spin to it. This meal has only three simple ingredients, and is a quick halfway-homemade meal when you don't have a ton of time. Love that!
As you will notice, I used all TJ's ingredients. Most of us are blessed to have a TJ's close by, but if you don't, feel free to substitute with similar ingredients.
Miso-Ginger Gyoza Soup, serves 2
1 32 oz. container of Miso-Ginger broth 10 vegetable gyoza (AKA potstickers) 1/4 c. green onions, diced
Simply bring broth to a boil, add gyoza (frozen), and reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 5 more minutes, or until gyoza are cooked. Ladle in a bowl, and add green onions. That's it!
You can easily add vegetables, noodles, or even a protein if that's what you like. So simple, and super delicious! Enjoy!
