Hi there! Hope this beautiful day is treating you well! I have to say, I had such a wonderful response to yesterday's post of my Miso-Ginger Gyoza Soup. Thank you! You all seemed to really like it! Today I have another addition to my Simple Snacks feature: Sugar Snap Peas with Garlic Hummus! This snack is really delicious, healthy and of course simple. This is a snack many people may already eat, but I really love TJ's Roasted Garlic Hummus Dip in particular. It's packed full of protein and fiber (which leaves you filling satisfied), and ditches all the crappy junk you can find in other dips (which can leave you feeling either still hungry, or uncomfortable).
No recipe necessary. Simply dip your sugar snap peas in some garlic hummus, and enjoy! I love taking this snack with me to the beach, work or to just eat at home. Easy-peasy!
