Good morning, lovies! How is everyone doing today? My morning has been relaxed, contemplative, and filled with coffee and yoga. Love those mornings! Today I am going to share a yummy, crunchy, and flavor-filled Simple Snack recipe. Side note: have you checked out my other Simple Snack recipes? Search "Simple Snacks" and a bunch will pop up! I digress...a few months ago I found this recipe by Elsie on A Beautiful Mess, and had to try it! Mine is slightly different, but SO delicious! Check it out!
Toasted Rosemary Almonds
2 c. almonds 1 large sprig of rosemary Sea salt, to taste
Simply toss ingredients together, and place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes at 350°. Wait until cool, and enjoy!
I think they are great like this, but you can also toss a teaspoon of olive or coconut oil too, if you want them a bit more toasty. To me, this is the perfect snack: salty, savory, crunchy, filling, and full of flavor. Yum!
