Good morning! How is everyone doing today? I woke up bright and smiley this morning craving a smoothie bowl. I'm so glad the weather was already warm, because it was the perfect summertime breakfast. Below are the deets! Green Smoothie Bowl
1 handful spinach 1 handful kale 1 medium banana 2/3 c. almond milk Ice, to your preference
Topping of your choice. I used:
2 tbsp. granola 1 tbsp. raw peanut butter 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
Simply blend ingredients, pour in a bowl, and spoon on the yummy toppings. Enjoy!
Doesn't that look delicious? Also, if the spinach and kale seem scary to you, I promise (cross my heart) that you can't even taste them. All I really tasted was the banana and toppings. Plus, this is something that can be completely customized. Want to add berries? Go for it! Like a different type of green? Try it! The possibilities are endless!
