Hi friends! Last week I asked you all for some feedback about blog post ideas, and your response was SO awesome! I provided a few topics, but you also shared a bunch of others that I'm really excited to write about. One topic that many of you were interested in was "Meals you can easily bring to work." I thought it would be fun to do a three part series this week and share breakfast, lunch, and snack ideas. How does that sound? Today we'll start with breakfast! BREAKFAST MEALS THAT YOU CAN BRING TO WORK
I shared on Friday that I have been loving sweet potatoes for breakfast. I've had them a few different ways, but my two favorites have either been with a soft-boiled egg or avocado on top (or both!). So delicious and filling!
Egg muffins are a great breakfast to make ahead of time, then quickly heat up in the morning (either at home or at work). I also love how simple it is to customize them! Here is a great recipe from the archives to get you started.
If you're in the mood for something a little sweeter (naturally), rice pudding is one of my faves! It's also a great dessert alternative.
Smoothie or Smoothie Bowl
I love a good smoothie or smoothie bowl, especially when the weather is warm! This is definitely one of my faves. Smoothies can be easily transported in a Mason jar or container with a sealed lid, and toppings can be placed later on. Easy-peasy! PLUS, aren't the colors beautiful?!
