Before I jump into today's post, I want to extend a HUGE thank you to each of you! The launch of the new website went off without a hitch, and I received a plethora of support from so many of you. Words can't express how much I enjoy sharing this community with each of you. It really is so special to me. You all rock!
With that being said, you may have noticed several new features on the site. Such as the fun selection of My Faves in the menu bar, or the sweet collection of Recipes, or that you now have the opportunity to subscribe in a different way!
What does subscribing entail?
Starting next week I will be sending out a special weekly newsletter to my subscribers. If you are subscribed you will also receive news and updates that may not be shared on the blog. These emails will only be sent to those on the list, so you definitely want to be on it! ;-)
What will be in the newsletter?
Anything that is on my heart, and I feel super connected to share. This could be a vulnerable story, a meditation, a recipe, a video, or more!

Now, I have a question for YOU! I have a lot of new content coming up, and would like your input. What would be helpful for you to read? Would you like to hear more about intuitive eating and what I do as coach? Would it be fun to have more recipes here? Would you like to see some videos (which feels kind of scary and puts me in an extremely vulnerable place, but I am totally up for it)? Would guided meditations be helpful? I'm really open to hearing your suggestions!
