GUIDED MEDITATION

Happy Monday!  

I've spoken about meditation often...How I like to incorporate it into my daily routine, the benefits, that I give my clients various mediation music, etc.  However, as of late, I know a lot of you have requested more meditations from me.  In fact, I had two readers recently ask for guided meditations.  IE: My voice guiding you through meditation.  This is something that I have been working on, and am ready to share in the near future.  Super exciting!

I have a quick question for you...

WHAT TYPE OF GUIDED MEDITATIONS WOULD YOU LIKE TO LISTEN TO?

The subjects can vary, and they are vast.  For example: body image, abundance, self-love, peaceful environment, the list can go on and on.  I would love to hear what YOU would like to listen to!

Also, what do YOU feel is an appropriate and do-able length of time for a mediation, especially if you're a beginner?  10 minutes?  20 minutes?  An hour?  10 days?  I'm totally joking on the latter.  HA!
